Virtual assistant Ana

Conversations with Ana are handled by a conversational assistant (artificial intelligence) running on Infomaniak's sovereign AI platform, a Swiss provider, with end-to-end data processing in Switzerland. Your messages do not leave Switzerland and are not transferred to an AI service located abroad.

Processing by Ana does not give rise to any automated individual decision producing legal effects or significantly affecting you within the meaning of Art. 21 FADP and Art. 22 GDPR. The assistant is used solely for information and contact purposes; any follow-up to your request involves a human team member.

Please do not share sensitive data through the chat.
